Anytime during the week, but the order must be in by Friday.

What should I do if I have a request for an item that is not in the list.
The best thing to do is write down which item was requested and email all the details to [email protected].

When will I get my stock order?
Dispatch will do their utmost to deliver the order on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please bear in mind that some items may be on back order.

What should I do if I received the wrong items?
Please make a note of which items and email it through to Head Office. Make sure you make a note on the delivery note as well and sent the products back with the delivery person. Also make sure they sign the note as well that they have taken the product back again.
